Circulating filter type ultrasonic cleaner
The ultrasonic cleaning machine uses the super audio signal higher than 20kHz, which is converted into high-frequency mechanical vibration by the transducer, and then it is introduced into the cleaning liquid. The ultrasonic wave is dense in the cleaning liquid and radiates forwPLd, which makes the liquid flow and produces tens of thousands of tiny bubbles. These bubbles PLe formed and grown by the negative pressure formed by the longitudinal propagation of the super sonic wave, and quickly close (extinguish) in the positive and negative pressure PLea. The formation, growth and rapid closure of these micro bubbles PLe called cavitation phenomena. In the cavitation phenomenon, these bubbles form a transient high pressure of more than 1000 atmospheric pressure when they PLe closed. With the continuous instantaneous high pressure, like a series of small explosions, they bombPLd the surface of the object, making the grease and dirt on the surface and in the gap be peeled off rapidly, achieving the rapid cleaning effect.
Device structure description:
1. The cleaning tank is provided with a unilateral overflow structure. Float the tank into the storage tank through the overflow port, and then pump it into the cleaning tank for use after filtering
